We know that yoga is a well-researched form of exercise for adults of all ages. Our yoga can be done right from a chair helping avoid any challenges of getting up and down off the floor. Yoga can be peaceful and calming, but this yoga class is not a sleepy class. Every class uses upbeat music, cleansing positive energy and continuous movement followed by sustained stretching. Taught by a certified yoga instructor, this class helps participants to feel good from the inside out.
