Vitality Dancing Through the Decades

This exercise class is a true merge where entertainment meets exercise. Each combination uses top hits from each era with easy to learn dance moves that targets specific muscle groups. The brain and body must work together to remember the “choreography” while working the muscles and moving to the rhythm of the beat. This class can done from a chair (or wheelchair) and is fully adaptable for a variety of fitness levels. It’s often done at Memory Care and Skilled Nursing.
