Vitality Line Dance

Class goals:

•balance •control •coordination •mobility •memorization •stability

Line dance- both from a chair or standing- is great for balance, shifting of the weight and coordination. You don’t need to be a dancer to learn how to line dance. This class is adaptive to be great for senior private care communities or public centers. The level of the class is adaptive to the group we’re with and music requests are always welcome.
